I'm posting some photos from Clover Creek on the HPP FlightPass site. You do not have to be a member to access the photos. Just go to the Clover Creek FlightPass page and look for the photo of Eric Powell and "The Clover Creek HPP Photo Album."

http://flightpass.higherplaneproduct...2_itemId=11476

I have also posted a few videos from CCA08 on the FlightPass FREE page, including Gernot Bruckmann's Saturday Freestyle, the Thursday interview with Gernot and the flight I got of Kent Huntsinger:

http://flightpass.higherplaneproduct...p?g2_itemId=55

There are now 81 films from Clover Creek up on FlightPass. I'll try to get more vids up later tonight. -Fred

The price for FlightPass is very cheap considering what you get.

I just got the 3 month membership today and it will cover Clover and Tucson.
Fred tapes sequences. Nobody else does so its totally worth it to me.

I wasn't talking price. I can't justify the time. I already spend too much on FG as it is....

Wayne,

Great point!! While this might not be directed to 50% particular question I think it is worth noting the cost of Flightpass and what most will spend on a new 40%-42%.

- The cost for Flight Pass for 3 months is 1/7th the cost of a single 8711 servo.

In that case go ahead and sign up and donate your membership to some kid that loves planes and has (like most teenagers these days) time to burn on internet wonders. ;-)

EVERYONE SMILES AT CLOVER CREEK! I have proof!

I was looking at some photos from this past weekend and even the dragon-fly we caught hanging out on Kevin's prop had a big old smile!

Just got home and settled in from a fantastic weekend at Clover Creek!
Once again, thanks to the entire crew, volunteers, judges, grounds crew, Joe, Wayne, Tina, John, Cheryl on and on the list goes. They worked very hard for everyone and did a fantastic job. This is John and Tina's home, not just some flying field somewhere that gets grass cut once a week. Awesome place, event, people, flying...

The cash handed out to everyone in the inv class was very nice and came from the hip national bank of Schroeder. The prizes handed out to the baby classes 3rd-1st another surprise. 1st place got a DA-170, second various prizes but I heard BME engines and Radiowave airplanes mentioned. 3rd was also various prizes but I can only remember PowerBox off the top of my head. I am sure someone can fill us in on the prizes.
I did not get a picture of the "final" scores as someone took them away. Hopefully someone can post them for us.

We spent Sunday evening with the remaining crew and had a great time. Thanks John and Tina for letting us invade your estate. I think I ate about $300.00 worth of food by myself as Tina kept us fed EVERY night! Awesome food for sure. Sorry we could not blow that darn tap----but I tried!

Every event has its own personality and this one has a great one. Hard to imagine unless your there I guess but the entire effort was for us, Thanks.
I counted 17 planes in the hangar at the flight line Saturday night! Dang, one spark and the best pilots from all over the world were "done".

I hope to upload some pictures and post them Tuesday. Higher Planes was there and did a great job, for "good pictures" see them.

We had some pretty tough unknowns to fly, the sequence commitee did some homework one those puppies! Glad to have made it through flying and calling them. I thought the Advanced Sunday looked wicked. I felt the Saturday unknown for unl and inv were the toughest we had to fly.

Thanks Mike for posting pictures for us, sorry we could not get more to you. Thanks Wayne also for updates and pictures.

Meow,
Will
