They will work fine, you just can't adjust them.

Its just like getting any other high performance servo, but like clif600 said, if you want to run two or three servos on one serface, you will need to get the linkage perfect or use a match box of some sort just like you would with other servos if you don't have a programmer.

They work fine -- I have never owned the Hitec programmer and love the 5955 servos (I don't have any of the new ones yet.

A computer radio does everything the programmer would do.

You can only dumb a servo, not make it better. Perfectly fine without a programmer.
