Thats right, but it seems to be SD Yak. Anyone has the newest one from Thunder Tiger?I'm going to buy one from TT and I want to know if they are exactly the same. Can you post some pics from the inside of the fuselage?

Leo.....The TT yaks ARE the one and the same as the SD yaks. SD is the outfit in which makes the planes for TT....in fact Thunder tiger owns SD models now. So if you do any thread searches for Aviation models , SD Models , TOC extreme and Now Thunder tiger........you'll come up with the exact same airplane you are looking for. they did not change anything when Thunder tiger bought the outfit.....accept some color schemes.

Here is a long but real good build thread here on FG , but it's OLD.....things have changed since then for motor and electronics >>>> http://www.flyinggiants.com/forums/f...ld-thread.html

here is ( god am i actually saying this ?) a build thread over on RCU which is HUGE and a lot better updated towards the later end of the build. Go through and look at like the last 20-30 pages and you'll get some good building info. >>>>> http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_36...tm.htm#3659827
Hope that helps. And there are even more threads around as well. Also..there are a ton of guys on here as well that have built and flown this............so feel free to ask questions......no better place than FG baby!!

I just today got to fly one and it is really a great flying airplane, no bad habits. The owner told me that it weighed 21 lbs. and it flew like it. Bob

Well Bob, if you liked it then, you will love it now. I went ahead and started a diet on mine. So far, I removed 12 ounces of crap and still have more to go. I didnt want to remove any covering unless I had to. Ended up only removing some of the graphics, which was another two ounces taken out. Hoping to finish it tonight.

Hey all...

Seriously looking at this as a 50cc option for next spring.

Any suggestions as to how to get one in Canada?

Cheers

Goose
