I think this was part of the show, yes too much rudder, snapped in knife Edge, had the same thing happen to me yesterday except I was about 6 inches of the ground, saved it though and yes it was part of the show.

It's pretty obvious to me....... The damn digital encabulator let go at the worst possible moment! Always have to pre-flight those things right along with the muffler bearings............. Sorry for your loss. Another bright side to this: Enjoy the thrill of plunking down that plastic on your next trip to the hobby shop! So, Whattayagettinnext?

Well to be a analyzer. Judging by his attempted torque rolling he didn't have enough expo in 3d rates hovering was awful shaky and looked alittle nose heavy on the CG,, which would have induced that hard snap in the knife edge,, hate to see that happen to anyone but it was impressive, I have never seen a wing skid that far on the groud.

Look at the bright side of things. You can drink a beer (or two) go home, slap the old laddy around, kick the dog, scream about nothing, then order a new plane. Just your weekly trip to the field.
Good luck with your new H9 Sukhio.
