Ian,
tank floor is made out of lite ply with silver f/g on top.I'm not sure how heavy your packs are, but either as JVDO suggested, ask them not to install it or you could glue 1/4" spruce on the bottom of tank floor to beef it up.That way you can't go wrong.

packs weigh 6lbs. the 1/4" square does sound a good and strong idea. my only worry is CG placemen of course

Ian,
tank floor is right at the CG location.....or ever so slightly forward.

it all depends on the motor weight etc. the Katana in the picture balances perfect with the packs just infront of the blade spar, and the RX packs further back. the motor is around 4.4lbs in weight, the ESC is 1lb too, so i mean, there is still a fair amount of weight up front!!

Aeroparts,
I didn't get manual...but on this plane everything is so complete, you don't need one....unless you are not sure how to glue horns into wing and elevator..perhaps then this is not for you....
Canopy and cowl are mounted, tank floor is in place and you will get different templates for drilling engine mount holes. That's it. Wings and stabs are fitted and CG on mine is right on the wing tube.
Are you getting one?

Hi. Didn't I say I have a orange one on the floor in my house I have just unpacked it.

I can put it together no problems, but I have a sort of manual to my velox and they have a nice one to the Katana so I thought I have missed it. It could be nice to know approx CG and throws etc.
Sorry not any templates.
I Have the clear canopy. NICE
I can put some pic to the thread.
