You have to look close at the receiver. It is in the details!

Yeah, but it doesn't say if that's C or F for the temp rating....

Now Futaba just needs to send the new labels to all the 6014 owners and their problems are solved.

One thing I don't understand is what problem are you trying to solve? There are no problems with Futaba receivers! Just ask them, they will tell you.

Why should I have to modify my equipment for it to work with out failing? I want my equipment to be reliable from the box.

Cool sticker BTW!

Why do you use redundant batteries, Why do you use redundant rx's, Why do you run multiple servos on the rudder when 1-2 is suffeciant nowadays, $3-8k investment, and you complain about $50 fans.......? It's extra insurance that the rx's DON"T get hot. I dont see what the problem is. Obviously Futaba thinks it is user error and not a problem, as with JR's wire problem, it is in EVERY new 9303 sold, it is a mistake in assembly, it is obvious when it is in every radio exactly the same way, they dont have a choice but to make it right. Again, I say look at the sponsered pilot's, do they crash their compitition planes because of 6014 rx's, I dont see it.

I could care less about the $50... I don't modify my servos, switches, etc. why would I want to modify my reciever?

As far as sponsored pilots, I saw a few of them come on here and post what measures they were doing to prevent overheating their equipment,,,,

Whatever, to each his own........But you will modify your wires in your tx to fix a Manuf. defect...? And for you to say youve flown Futaba for 10 yrs but changed because a few pilots on a forum are having problems with their rx's. I guess now you will sell your JR stuff and go with Airtronics. So if you foul a plug in your DA, I guess your switching to 3W....

My 6014 is, your probably thinking about the other brand. Good luck with rewiring around the gimbals in your transmitter or hooking up 4 or 5 extra receivers to avoid losing the bind or reprogramming the receiver to reboot a little quicker when you brown out or have a big enough engine to haul all the batteries needed to avoid the brown out. Funny how Futaba is perceived to have a lot of trouble. Throwing a white towel over the canopy area is difficult.
