Troy Built Models is #1 !
Just wanted to advise the RC Flying Community about the great service I received from Troy Built Models.
I recently ordered and received (very quickly) a Magic Hands 73" Yak 54 ARF from TBM. The Plane arrived extremely quick ( shipped the next morning after my evening order) and the ARF is of outstanding quality especially considering the cost vs other big name brands. Very solid double boxes were used for shipping. Unfortunately, the Canopy had a small crack and the Rudder had a small area where the covering was missing or worn off from shipping/handling. I called TBM and John the Manager helped me immediately. Canopies were in stock and in one day he got his hands on a replace Rudder for me. The very next morning my replacement parts were on the way - what more can you ask for. John was extremely helpful, understanding and courteous. TBM gets my vote as A1 Dealer! Ken Cz- MI |

I have had similar experiences with TBM -- all good. There was a thread a while back with a negative experience, but I think the majority of their customers find them to be very good.

I agree TBM has great service. I bought a wrong servo once and only realized it when I got it. Called TBM and they told me to send it back for a refund. Bought the new servo from them, and got the money back the next day after sending in the wrong servo. Their newsletter prices are great also. What more could you ask for?

couldn't resist.. yes TBM is #1, i'm from Chile, and make a simple question and they phone me back to answer my question.... amazing, even RC shops here in Chile won't call back...

I've had nothing but good experiences with TBM as well! Prompt shipments, nicely cut/drilled spinners and props and excellent handling of product returns.
