Default 2.4 ghz radio failures who has had them with what radio?

I just want to get a feel of who has radio failures or crashed planes due to radio issues with 2.4 ghz. Please put what type of transmitter and reciever you are using, Futaba, JR, Specktrum, Airtronics, number of channels, etc. The main goal of this is to show that all radios have issues. Also include what you think or know happened and if you sent the radio off what the manufacturer stated the problem was. I know futaba's 14 channel reciever has a heat issue, and some 9303 have a wire rubbing issue.

My 9303 had a wire rubbing, but wasn't much of an issue. I sent my radio in for seperate issue and JR fixed both problems, free of charge. Turn around time was within a week which is pretty good, considering that they were probably swamped with the wire issue.
