Marymoore Park and the City of Redmond
If you fly at Marymoore park in Redmond, WA, you should plan on being at the Redmond city council meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 9th. The city will be having an open discussion/forum regarding the continued use of Marymoore Parks 60 acres for Glider RC and Model Rocketry after the council meeting. The local soccer teams have mounted a serious effort to take over all of the park. If you wish to continue flying at Marymoore, you need to be there and make your voices heard, or lose the field.
