The Tucson Express is setting at TIMPA, Tom arrived at around 3:30 this afternoon. Everything is safe and sound. Tom said it is really windy there right now and from what some guys have told him its been that way all week.

Seth made it to our house around 6pm, just finished eating pizza and gonna finish up a couple of things and head for bed, 4am is gonna come early to head to the airport !

Will see everyone in Tucson.

Well I must say I had a very uneventful trip. Nice weather and all. Only a few people at the field so far this evening as I am sure most will be rolling in tomorrow and Sunday. Ended up with 10 planes to bring down for the shootout. Glad it worked out! Now get those planes out of my trailer and start practicing! LOL!

Pride - your plane is still right where we left it, safe and sound!

Hi everyone!
Just got home last night about 11 pm est. Had a great trip home with lots of time to reflect on the past couple weeks of flying. What a fun time!
Thanks again to Desert Aircraft for all of their hard work and dedication. It is amazing the time and attention these folks take to sponsor this event! Also for Dave to open up his facility for everyone to use for packing planes as well as a goto point for people sending and receiving packages, parts, etc. Hats off to everyon at DA! You guys rock! Awesome job!

Congratulations to all the pilots! What a spectacular show of talent! Excellent competition as well as companionship! Those friendships will be cherished forever!

It was great being a small part of such a huge event! I had alot of fun explaining about it on the way home when another trucker would come on the CB and ask me what I was hauling! LOL! "Hauling Giants", I would say! Flying Giants!

Regards,

Tom

PS - Oh, Quique, you need to write a book my friend! You made us laugh so hard to the point my stomach hurt! You are the man! Thanks for being such a great role model to all in the hobby! (You're flying is darn awesome too. I think the Biplane is going to be the new direction in flying IMAC!)

Pride,
No problem on picking up the plane. I met him in Malvern, Arkansas around 11 pm Tuesday night. He was very nice and told me alot about the history of the plane. By the way, it looks awesome and I think Seth may have to take it through a few practice sequences before it goes home just to make sure it flies "ok" for you! LOL

Just make sure Seth uses a Futaba radio, and saves the program!!!!!!!!!!!

Do you know when that company needs a load pulled? I can't wait to get back to practicing, and see that new plane.

Elissa and I had a great time, you guys are very good folks to know.

Brendan, good flying!
