Well it's that time of year and the SW Regional Championships or coming up later this month. My hopes are that many of you are planning on attending the Championships in Las Vegas. The Las Vegas R/C club has always done a great job for us and this year we are in for another fun faunally to our 2008 season.

The IMAC Re-election process is on the move and it is hard to believe it has been 5 years since I had the opportunity to be your SW Regional Director. Through this time I feel it has been a very rewarding experience. It was an opportunity to work with some very talented people not only in this region but in the National IMAC Community. I have always tried to look at the bigger picture when it came to representing SW Memberships to our IMAC Board of Directors. In that regard I feel that there has been a lot accomplished and hope that this effort has led to a better IMAC experience for all. It is time for me to step down at the end of this year. If any of you would like to add your contribution to our IMAC community you will need to nominate someone before September 30th. The nomination process is on the front page of our IMAC Website.

I also would like to recognize our SW team Past and present and thank them for there efforts. They have all contributed there time and talents to make your IMAC experience a rewarding one.
