Default lipos and li ion with ion cube

i know you have to change the ports in an ion cube to charge a123 batteries, but will the standard setup differentiate between li ion and lipo?

exactly... they have the same parameters....

older LiIon's were different (7.2v vs 7.4v) but that was a few years ago......
