Hey, I would like to back up a little and ask what tool is used to cut out the lightening holes in the foam. Do you do the rudder and elev the same way? Thanks

The coring I do in the wings is done with a hot knife used for cutting foam. The stabs are usely done after the sheeting is complete. Lay the design on the wood with a pencil, cut the wood out then use the hot knife to remove the foam. Then I use a special drum sander to clean up the corners. Rob
