Have you tried these:
http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_1...2157000P?mv=rr I removed 3 broken prop bolts in a 3W 100 a while back. Saved me having to take apart the motor. Worked GREAT! (the small one)

Use a Dremel cut-off disk to grind a slot into the studs left in your hub.
They will come right out with a screwdriver. Last edited by martyg; 09-24-2008 at 10:50 PM. Reason: Typo |

If they are snapped inside the hub try the remover tools.

The slot you will grind will be no deeper into the hub than 2mm, and not affect its structure. Once you have the prop back on, you won't even know this defect is there. Just keep your prop tight, and don't make this a habit.

The hub has a stripped hole and since the other holes are filled with broken bolts I just want to replace the hub so I have 6 bolts to work with... I just may call Bobby and see if he has some insight.... MIke S |
