UP here in the NW region. I think that all ov the freestyle competitors are insanley great pilots. Pilots like Mike Carriero, darren kuhn, tony thamasian, john wondra, rainman, and the alien kyle woyshnis list will keep going on as more pilots continue to fly in the freestyle.

But if my life depended on it, my vote would have to go to Kyle woyshnis. Its not just what he pulled off in 06 tucson but the way he flys is unreal. his 3d but its super slow motion. If there is any pilot that i want to fly like its kyle(but there are many people that are wanting to fly like him).

LOL Mith, that was good.
For me it comes down to style. When I watch the top pilots fly, I'm drawn more towards a pilot that has a style that I would like to be able to fly like (in my dreams of course). So, for me that would have to be Kyle.
For pure excitement and WOW factor, keep an eye out for Chris Brislin (chrisbchips).

I heard Wayne is going to use dishwashing liquid instead of smoke. He's already been practicing with the ratios.
LOL

Watching on vid I would have to say Gernot. I haven't seen many in person yet. Next year I am going to make a few of the big shows. Then I can give a more educated answer.

I think all of the names already mentioned are awesome pilots. However, with a huge purse on the line ($40,000) plus and not being able to switch airplanes for the free you could always seperate the men from the boys. Not disrespecting anyones ability just saying that I personally would like to see 2 seperate types. Like: The X games class and touching the ground is totally cool, It would be chuck full of all of the 100CC ARFs that NONE of the pilots have to actually pay for. The second class is Freestyle: The same plane is used for the precision as the free and also the freestyle is acountable for 25% of the final score. Yeah, Yeah, I know it's not as big for the crowd....But, I can dream if I want.
