Questions on Hitec HFP-20 programmer/tester

Can anyone tell me if I can test or program other brand of digital servos with the Hitec HFP-20 servo programmer/tester? I use mostly Hitec servos, but have a variety of Futaba, and JRs as well.

Can it test analog servos?

you can test any servo with the HFP-20, about programming.. i think only HiTEC, i had tested my gws micro servos and HS-322, as well as Spektrum 821 Dig Servos.

You can test others but it will only program Hitec digital servos.

Hfp-20 help .... i have two recievers in my plane and the both seem to be working fine. they both operate all channels. but when i go to measure the pulse code on channel 2 one reciever reads an erratic reading unabl to read the numbers, they are constanlty jumbling around. the other reciever reads the measurement just fine. why is this. the reciever getting the erratic signal is operating ch2 just fine when connected to servos. thanks for any help. trying to center the elevator and cant if i dont get the reading.
