Hey TinBoy!! When did they start giving computers to prison inmates?? The reason I ask is, as much time as you seem to spend quoting every one else s posts I figured you must be living in a place where there is nothing but time to spend! Oh and Tinboy I'm gonna let you in a little something that even a 2 year old can understand!! If you don't like my post's, DON'T READ THEM!!!!!

Right on!!!!

Hey, how about we stop the personal attacks and get to the real issue???

72 is a problem IMO because you could get hit. I was, multiple times. I now fly 2.4 and have not had any trouble. I feel that it is a more robust signal and will not fail me, unless a jammer is used. Now, Futaba is boasting that their signal is more robust than Spektrum. Now, whether you agree or disagree, the problem is that there have been defective recievers that ARE, in fact, sensitive to heat. Whether that's all of them and Futaba is going to cover it up like the G3 reciever issues, or if they're going to grow a pair and man up to their responsibilities, time will tell.

I personally think twice before I buy a product from Hobbico. What's sad, is that 90% of my stuff last year, and the 10 years that I'be been flying has been Hobbico. I'm sorry, but they've screwed my friends over, and I question the reliability of their systems. I'm so glad the 38% Extra did not have a pipe tunnel, or I would have bought it earlier this year.

Man, I hope this doesn't sound like I'm bashing Hobbico for the fun of it. I seriously do not trust them. Mods, if I've gone too far, nuke this post. I'm not trying to start a Futaba vs. JR war.

Gone too far? Nope. You expressed your opinions calmly, and the post was well-written. No need to apologize, IMO.

Now if your post was over-the-top emotionally-charged, exclamation mark-filled, and sPe11Ed liK tHiS I might feel differently.

The reasons things don't get fixed come down to money and politics of the situation. There is probably more to this than even the techs know.
