Might be from Bob Godfrey, but not sure... Although I have no personal experience with Godfrey's One Design, If it runs true to designer styles, it probably has a foam rib type construction on the wing similar to his Lasers.

Frank Noll use to kit one but it had an 89" wing and was advertised as a 38%. One way to tell if it was one of Frank's kits is the wing...He used a laminar flow airfoil and it was very thin. His plane was also ALL wood construction...no foam.

The wing looks to be builded up with no foam.

Just looking at your avitar photo of the 107, the airfoil does look to be pretty thin (like a pattern plane). It looks very much like Frank's design but your wing measurement is too small to be his...Did you just measure the wing sections, or did you include the width of the fuselage also? If it measures about 89" tip-to-tip on the fuse, I'd almost definately say it was Frank Noll's. The company he had was called Eagle Aviation and he also kitted a large Cristen Eagle with about an 80" wing and , I believe, a plane called an Illusion. I've built and flown 8 of his DR107's and 1 of his Eagles. By the standards of "the day" (late 80's I believe) they were very well designed and very light and agile.
