I have a Sachs Dolmar 5.0 CuIn (81cc) twin. It is heavy and big: 6.8# and 8" from mount to prop thrust washer. Will it fit? Did you require counterweigts in the tail for the twin 76cc? What is the distance from the front of the engine mount box to the front of the cowling? What does the "manual" say the distance should be? Maybe I should just use my G62, eh?

hey guys....i was looking at the same sized Gee Bee Y from magic hand over at TBM. The specs look to be the same and from what the pics and description look like , it's constructed very well. I was planning on getting one of these as well and putting a G-62 light from Ralph Cunningham in it. These things are real head turners at the field.

Default My Sweet GEE BEE Y

I have a GEE BEE Y (Pacific Aero model never flown) w/ virgin G62 magneto with spring start , new pitts muffler, custom T.Turn spinner only $700.00 Has servos installed but should be changed to digital power IMO. Stored in Orlando, FL.
I'm backing out of the hobby a while again so I just need to clear some things out. This one has been on the wall in the hanger way too long. I can't see crating this up and shipping for $700.00 guys.
Plan to add to the FG swap shop later this week.
