Your probably gonna have to go with the Krill or a used Comp arf. I had no luck getting 2 comp arf dealers to return my emails, so I gave up .

Mithrandir,
I do not know abot comp arf being better in customer service$$ My friend has hobby store and order one of the comp arf egg shell jett's for one of his customers. Plane come in the box and box had no scratch on it, but inside fiberglass wing cracket and delaminated, after months of arguing he returned customer his money and said no more comp arf's thru his store. Customer Service? Zee |

I'm Very Happy with my Compy 260 (3M) and the customer service I have received from Andy Kane is great. He's always available to answer my calls, questions and request for spares parts. Even on a Sunday.
Got to say that the 260 is a great flying airplane, I don't 3D a lot but a friend of mine does and flew my airplane and did thing that I'm not capable off. I fly mostly IMAC and sport flying. I'll say that if you want to 3D with it you have to keep the airplane as light as possible (Change the wing tubes to carbon, one servo per elevator, no smoke), and do minor Mods to the wings, for more aileron travel. IMO the Compy’s are a better option for the money, the best of 2 worlds for the price. But if you have the money for the Krill, and that’s the one you like why bother asking, go ahead and buy it.

all of the comparf planes that i have had have been terrific! i really enjoy the small (2.6m) yak! i had a superxtra that was the best plane i've ever flown but it met an untimely demise due to a clunk tube hard enough to pole vault with!!!!!!
i love watching my buddy's whip around their krills but they do seem to be less sturdy and i know for a fact that the assembly is more involved with them than the CA's. i'd go the comparf route. you would undoubtedly be satisfied either way, but if you are buying "new".... you can be satisfied for a lot less $$$$$$.... there would be nothing wrong, however, with buying CSpaced's 33% yeller one in the swap shop for that low dollar!!!!! just my $.02

I have bought several comp arfs from Andy Kane. I bet he'll return your calls, if not pick up right away. He is a first class act, and will go the extra mile to help you. If you decide to buy a compy, give him a shot, i think you'll be glad.....Gene
