GAME ON!!!! TAS 2008 is up and running
Well Tucson turned on the normal weather today, 95 plus, brisk winds, dust devils and lots and lots of ambition. The site is looking perfect for what could turn out to be the best TAS ever. Two days of live full scale aerobatics with Matt Chapman sweating it out in the CAP, five whole days of day light to dusk pressure on IMAC scale aerobatics for the worlds top pilots. If your in anyway a fanatic of this hobby then this one looks to be THE ONE!!! this year.
Visitors and pilots from all over the globe are rolling in and this year we will be doing everything we can to keep you up to date and on the hook with details, photos and video. The red carpet was royally rolled out for our two furry regular attendees from Down under chaperoned by the Australian contingent and always under the watchful eye Mick RC DART Dakers. I think kyle woyshnis can win the freestyle if he invent a good program and he doesn't touch the ground
 , I see a lot of pilots fly like gernot or leseberg, and truth me, no one can fly like kyle,he is realy the best for 3D ! but the juges are not pilots and they don't realise the difficulty of the maneuvres, they look all the program, and i think is program is to slow, not enough violent, he doesn't use all the capacity of the plane compare to gernot ,jesky or leseberg....we will see |

HUH? Every Shootout I have been to the judges are also pilots. Maybe not pilots competing at the event but, all RC pilots to some extent.
