Default First actual heli. Blade 400

OK I said I was never going to get into helis. Well I suppose you could say that I lied. LOL Any way I have a few questions.

First what kind of expo are most of you running?

Second is it normal for the heli to shake quite a bit when it is spooling up?

Third what upgrades if any should I make right away that will improve this heli?

I have a CX II and have flown on the sim a lot. I flew my blade 400 today when I got it and it seems like the controls are slow and mushy. It seems like I had to put a lot of stick input in for the heli to respond. That is why I asked about the Expo, or is there something else that would make it respond quicker and have a more connected feel?
Thank you
Shane

Mine came with no expo programmed on any channel and to me felt extremely sensitive.
I added about 30% on everything and it tamed down a lot.

Mine actually had 50% expo from the factory. I am going to lower it to about 35% and see what happens.
