Well, after a dry, windy day of intense competition, Sportsman through to Unlimited class have had the cut defined, all those that have earned a position for the run to the flag have definately had their work cut out for them, but have risen to the task, some that were close in the race have fallen by the wayside, and should be all commended for the effort. Friday night has seen the field gather at Lil Abners steak house for a night of social activity, just when it looked like being a quiet type of affiar, I was grabbed effectionately by Madmax, followed closely behind by Momo and Hey Dick, always great to catch up with old friends, many seemed to starting to relax as the pressure of competition has now gone away, but also has escalated for those that are still in the race.
