MADE IT BACK?!?! I'm stuck in ATL due to "HIGH WINDS" in Chicago (connecting flight)

Strange that at TAS 40% airplanes flew in 35 mph cross box winds, but a 737 can't land in 35 MPH cross box winds...

Commercial jets are LAME.

WOW!!!!! What a BLAST!! Much like last years Atl Huckfest Chris, Mellisa and Flying Giants put on one kick arse event.It was nice to finally meet you Sleepy,you are one class A guy.I only wish i had more time to walk around and meet everybody but there was hardly enough time to catch up with everybody from last year(mutha nature killed 2days and my time in the pits repairing after my opppps with the earth lol).Who where the guys with the Futaba comp arfs?(those boys where throwing down).The twins with the 2 EF Yaks where off the chain,they must have spent some serious time working on that routine.OK,time to get some sleep,i am SHOT OUT...Again,Thanks for everything to all involved and to everybody that was there...I had the time of my life..........PS i think somebody should take away Billy Hells golf cart and get him a tri-cycle .

Just stopped at a hotel in Petersburg VA to get some shut eye. Have about another 10 hours before getting home to Massachusetts.

This weekend was off the hook. There were a few of us that didn't care about the rain on Friday and was flying between rain drops.
Saturday was unbelievable, there was not dead airtime, with 5 or more in the air almost all day. The finish to the day with the multiple aircraft hover was off the hook. Not sure what the final count was but it was somewhere between 5 to 7 down on the deck.
Today was just a great day, was able to get in a few flights before heading out a 3.

Would like to give a big thanks to Chris, Sleepy, and the GMA for such a great event!

Been out of the hobby for a long time....Talked to Chris H and he told me about this thing so I took the camera gear out...it was a blast to see RC friends again.
