I got the 50cc KAtana sold by Nitroplanes.com for around $300. Not much reviews on the net so I started building and customizing as I go. Many things need to be done with this plane before getting it airborne but by the end I am sure it would be a fine plane.
Setup would be JR 8411/8511 all over and 8911 on rudder alond with a DL50 in the nose...

Hey guys, this thread got very active while I was test flying my Katana. Well if you already got the Katana, I should warn you it needs a lot of reinforcements and and and. landing gear block got ripped off during the maiden landing as well as the already reinforced firewall upon the prop ground touch but flying characteristics are wonderful. this babe flies like a dream. will be posting pics of needed reinforcements.BTW forget about the included decals, they are of cheapest quality available. All included HW (excluding the tail landing gear & canopy grommet) should be thrown away. Mounted a DL50 on it and it have (had until further notice) unlimited vertical.
Note that it is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy tail heavy (more then 600g of ballast in the nose only for just hitting the CG). You already bought the KAtana or still checking ?
