Default 7.5 volt servos

Here is a translation from a german web site on this super powerfull servo , translation is the not the best but you can make it out . that is 416 oz in of torque

Roger

This Servos developed in co-operation with several großten manufacturers of Servos. They are mechanically identically constructed with their Servos, are however to the higher tension and particularly to the special expenditure for servo of act receivers adapted. Adapted Servos does not place not optimally and has higher wear, if the tension is applied by 2 Lipo Akkuzellen (and therefore also of the manufacturer not for the high tension for RC-enterprise are offered). Therefore only our XT-Servos with 7,5Volt or more, and this can be operated only at act receivers. The Servos works with the adjustment standard (1,0ms - 2,0ms) of Futaba and JR.

Advantages of the 7,5Volt-Technik:
  • Direct current supply from 2 Lipozellen or 5/6 NC/NiMH cells
  • No tension regulations necessarily for receiving, no current limiting, full power for the Servos
  • No tension reduction, thus no destruction, but full use of the Akkuenergie.
  • Electronic construction units and cable saves, security increases
  • Improves efficiency, less river, smaller load of the plug contacts with same power demand
  • Higher servo run speeds possible
  • Up to 30% longer period of operation in relation to enterprise with tension regulations with reduction of the tension
  • Reduction of the Leiterqueschnitte with long cables possible, smaller voltage drop over long lines

All act receivers, gyroscope and receiver switch and Akkuweichen are 7,5V compatibly.

Already equipped with 3mm aluminum drift lever with threads M3

XT-07TG 7,5V
7,5V servo to the direct enterprise at 4-7 Nicd/NiMH or 2 Lipozellen
(With enterprise with 4, 5, or 6 cells the achievements are reduced, see below accordingly)

  • Electronics in Inlinebauweise, vibration, without cables
  • Digital engine management
  • Large metal bushes of all transmission axles
  • Titanium transmission, disturbance-decouples over carbon gear wheel
  • Doubles drift running in ball bearings
  • Hardened intermediate shafts
  • Vibration-decoupled multiple sharpening he potentiometer
  • Bell anchor engine with metal brushes
  • Several times sealed,
  • Folding or sliding bevel square up to 180 degrees (with SPS in the DSL receiver)
  • Housing with large volume radiator box
  • Dimensions 40x20x37mm
  • Weight 67g, supply with aluminum lever
  • Voltage range 4.8 V to 8,5Volt = 4 - 7 Nicad or 2 Lipozellen
  • Adjusting force 305NCM with 7,5V = up to 30,5Kg
  • Retaining strength with 7,5V - > up to 385Ncm = 38,5Kg
  • 0,12sec/60Grad with 7,5V
  • By highest adjusting force of fewer Servos for each model necessarily, weight and cost reduction
  • Only 1 servo for each rudder with large-scale models, no synchronisation attitudes
  • Optimized for Act DDS receivers with highly soluble servo control and high current connection

I am willing to bet money that JR will use the same gears that wear out in time with their new servos. Sounds like the German company did their homework with the gear train. Whats their website?

There is in German only but if you use a web translator , you can at least make out what they are saying, http://www.acteurope.de
