Man , there are a lot of choices , but you better remember , if you go "composite".....you better know how to repair it in case of a mishap! Otherwise stick with a stick frame. I think that new EF 300 will be an awesome airplane for sure! Another option is getting a Dalton kit and having Russo build it for you.....it's less expensive than you think.

Also , i'll throw this out there......I have a new 40% Airwild Sukhoi that i picked up a few weeks ago. I haven't built or flown it yet ( probably not until next summer) But the craftsmanship , covering and everything you get with it...makes it one hell of a deal!! I'm glad i boght it , and it's a HUGE 40% !

when you take precision into play the dalton 300 or the dalton 260 would be the way to go. the 300 leseberg edit. is by far the best for precision but you really don't want to try to 3d that long a*s pattern ship!

all of the planes you mentioned are awesome! if you were to go with the comp arf yak i would jump up to the 3.3m version and put a 170 on pipes in her. they just seem to fly that much better than the 3m version.

just my $.02

If you're going to buy a 40% then money isn't an issue anyway since there isn't such thing as a cheap 40%. BTW the best flying planes are not necesarily the most expensive.

Did not say that the most expensive planes fly best, but i did not want money to be a factor. By the way if youve already got the engine the airframes are as cheap as 999.00 and 2 servos per wing 1 per elevator its not much more expensive than a 100cc.

43% PAU Edge.

You said best 3d and precision. That one would cover them all. Comp Arf 3m Yak 55sp would be another good choice.

The Extreme Flight Extra is going to be the plane to beat. He has been working on it for well over a couple of years...it is going to be a beast. I am contemplating getting rid of my Compy Yak so I can get the Extra...or I may just do both.. My Krill Yak needs another composite plane to keep it company.

The compy Yak has 2 x 8711s on each aileron...It is rock solid...and will take any thing I through at it. With over 100 flights it still keeps on going...not a single problem with them.
