A buddy of mine got a cowl for a 37.5% Yak from Ace when he called them. I think he got it a month or two ago...

This is the exact reason I sold my 30% Yak before I ever flew it, I don't want to own something I can't get parts for. Sorry that's just me, they are some of the best flying and best looking planes out there, this is what is killing their product, no support. Not bashing Rocky, he is doing all he can do seems like, hope all works out well with this line of planes, the company has never been stable, just changed hands too many times, sad is'nt it?

Rocky called me today and he is working on getting me a cowl and elevator set. The only problem was the Blue Russian Thunder is the hardest to get. Rocky assures me he will get some blue spares in the pipeline ASAP.

The TOC line has some of the best performing planes in the business. By bringing this issue to the front I hope modelers will be helped and Ace Hobby will prosper with many happy customers.

Thanks Rocky, and thanks to Tom at http://www.valleyviewrc.com/

Yeah.. I feel yall's pain.... I've needed a Rt wing for my 35% Yak for almost a year now.... I decided to repair it myself instead... Has 35 flights since I repaired it, but I sure would like to get my hands on a Rt wing for it.

I have tried to help as many customers has I can. I have sold out all of my stock of parts and have opened many kits and sold parts out of them. I have several kits that I cannot sell until I get the parts replaced. Sorry guys but I have done my best, it is up to Ace Dist. now.

I called Rocky today about parts that I need for my 37.5 YAK. He pulled them from a kit and they are on the way. I know that it's not that easy all the time but, everytime I've had an issue, I called Rocky and he does everything he can to make it happen.
I can only imagine what it would take to have every plane in stock, and then have every part for every plane in stock as well, in only about 6 months or so that TT has been handling TOC. The factory can only produce so much product at a time. And shipping containers takes time as well to get here from China.
It's a bummer when you have a plane that you can't fly it. I know, I had another brand that had a wing issue. It took 4-1/2 months to get new wings.

Call Rocky, leave a message if you have to. He's a busy dude. But he will do "everything" possible to get you what you need.

Hey mr. Robert, I thought you were getting a slick 540? Or are you getting them both? I have the 33% version if you remember to some of the earlier IMAC events and it flies very well in both IMAC and freestyle. The only trait it lacks in is uplines snaps. Other than that it is a great flying airplane and you will really like it.

I have the 33% Yak and have had well over 200 flights on it. The cowl and canopy are the only issues Ive had with fading and cracking. Strong planes.

Do you happen to have the phone number? What is the scheme called in your avatar IFLY?

I have some part guys if anyone needs them for a decent price, I had a 35% yak SD, but I have finally seen you can't get parts,, so I just ordered a Extremeflight Yak 110",,, I have a elevator set with tube, a rudder, a perfect right wing, a bumped up but easily fixable left wing,, a stock aluminum landing gear, and a SD Carbon fiber landing gear(the135 dollarone),, for sale,, they are for the Red, white SD 35% yak,, if anyone needs anything shoot me a email,

Yes Neil I have a Dietrich slick 540 on order but they are not due in until thanksgiving. My 35% Godfrey is in the hanger for winter repairs so I have a 3w 106 doing nothing and I have nothing flying right now so I picked up this good used 35% sd yak for a winter time in between the snow storms when we have a decent day beater plane Yes I saw your sd flying at the farm early this year. How come you missed a bunch of contests, I saw you at the farm and then didnt see you again until woodstock? Nice job on the carden build too.
