That does not look like a giant plane to me. Perhaps you should be on the electric, dinky plane forums at RC Groups??
As for the Fly Cam One, I saw sample videos at the Hobby Lobby display at Toledo. They were very fuzzy, unclear images with so-so color - just what I would expect from a cheap and inexpensive camera. You can't get top notch quality when you have low end price. |

Do not ever buy from Bannan Hobby. They have the worst reputation ever.
Also, that EDF jet is a horrifyingly bad candidate for a beginner. Its small wingspan, and high powered system make for a very squirely design, that a beginner won't be able to fly for more then a couple seconds before putting it into the ground. And adding more weight would make it even worse. You need to look for a high wing model, preferably RTF, and has 3 channel control. Multiplex Easy Star, and Hobby Zone Super Cub are two of the best trainer models out there. Many people have converted them to AP planes, and both of which will house a Flycamone or Flycamone 2 easily. Problem is is that the flycamones only hold about a minute of film before they stop, so you need the memory stick to film more.

Sorry for the rude comments , thats not what FG is about. I would recommend buying a high wing plane if you want to do camera work. The jets are way to squirly and it wouldnt be worth the loss of $$. If its electric your into than maybe something from http://www.raidentech.com/4exrcai.html .
You could also go Nitro and that way you wouldnt have much sacrifice in weight. I also would suggest a Biplane maybe like a pitts or something like that! Hope this helps !! John |

I wasn't trying to be rude, sorry if I was.
But EDF jets are bad for beginners, even with a lot of simulator experience. You need a trainer plane with a high wing (cessnas are ok). An Easy Star would make an excellent camera ship. Put on Easy Glider wings, and make it a 4 channel plane, and you're set to go. Plus the FlyCamOne would fit nicely into the canopy with a little bit of modding.
