completing my project was so fulfilling and fun...

and research i've done in the internet
my project materialized
with additional queries ko to master riley and rolandchok.

it sure is fun building your own stuff.

before i started my project i was pondering on buying a surplus ps but failed to find one,
it was ok coz used ps might be unreliable and might burn your house down.
kaya i decided to buy a new one..
sayang naman din ang gas ko sa kaikot ikot eh.. almost new na rin maspend ko nyan.. ehhehe

Thanks unniecarlo, nice clean setup. I think the problem with what I did was I used couple of old power supplies which would work sometimes and oftentimes did not. Thanks for the info and the pics.

bai, i also use ps 205 watts for my alpine v12 power amp with avalanche ex-213 active crossover,it's working just fine....


Astang, if you have some extra ps from your old pc just give it to me and i will make the job for you, absolutely free of charge....hehehe

@mojo- i think zero is bc sa school, coz when i txtd him mga 7pm nasa school pa daw xa. d na rin xa sumagot when i asked when will he be flying with us again.

i have a brand new 400w psu can i send it to you mojo? my pc burned the stock psu and i bought a new one, only to find out i needed a 500w psu. so now the brand new psu is just sitting in my room

gouki, it's my pleasure if you like to send it but the frieght is much more expensive than to pay an electronic technician near to you.anyway just locate the yellow color (for positive +12 volts) and the black color for the negative/ground and if the psu has no powerswitch just find the two green wire and short it or put a tuggle switch between the two and there you have a 12 volt power supply for your charger.

hehehe, I was trying to setup one before so that we could have something to use in the flying field. Sometimes it could charge at 1amp sometimes it cannot, but now its ok, a power suppy is already there.
