http://www.drhobbies.com/Here are some Videos of one flying- They are basicly a Comp-Arf with a wingtube instead of the spars. Hard to go wrong with Extreme Flight. I looked a Chris' Prototype 123" and it's sweet. |

Alex Porter, my 12 yr old son fly's the 3.2m J'Tec 330 with no lightening mod's. Place 2nd in the 2008 SE IMAC Regional's Intermediate class. Third in the region in points 2008.
He will be flying the 3.2m J'Tec 300 for 2009. JR 8611's on 2.4 with the DA 170 on KS 95's. We use a simple set up nothing fancy. Dual Duralite batteries for the dc power. 2 cell lipo on the ignition. With this set up you will be very happy! Kent Porter

Just a little more to think about, if this is going to be your first 40% airframe. I’m guessing you are not going to have a backup which a lot of Pilots do. You might consider the parts availability issue. If you ding or have an Uh-Oh. ---------Aero works – Extreme Flight – QQ have a Painted replacement part or parts and not all airframe manufacturers do! ------------I don’t think you can go wrong with any of your choices.

Parts availability gives AW and QQ and eventually EF a big plus!
$900.00 for a Comp-Arf wing is pretty hard to pay... like nearly 1/3 of the total cost of a new plane!

Hard to beat the Aeroworks planes considering their current sale prices. They are proven quality, proven service, and proven winners in IMAC.

I say go for the Extreme Flight 123"er, I've flown it and it's very very good. Don't think you could custom build a 40%er that would fly any better. Give them a call and see about getting your name on the list.
