Just to confirm, will checking the voltage of the BlackJack lipos be accurate using the 8-ball tester, and will a green Ion charge card in the Cube properly charge these batteries? Thanks!

Yes to all of the above, the 8 ball will be a little lite load wise but it will not let you down, as far as when to recharge. To give yourself a little more security we advise that you may want stop flying at 7.2volts. That being said, the 7.0 voltage will not crash you, however you must never go below that, or try to fly past that.

I have a Cube w/ some Green cards not currently being used. I want to get a foamie that will use Lipos, 2 or maybe even 3 cell packs. Will the Green cards charge these and balance them with the Fromeco balance circuits?

Yes this will not be an issue. On the 3Cell make sure you that you have enough overhead voltage on your power supply. Meaning you will need a power supply that reliably puts out 13.8 volts due to the fact that a 3 cell lipo needs to be charged to 12.6volts.
