I am not into really wild 3d at the moment, but my balance with a DA-100 is almost perfect. The batteries are 2 in the back bay under the hatch and one for the ignition in the middle. I have 2 7955s in a pull pull setup. Flies better than any airplane I have ever owned..
Chances are that they are the same, but:
1. Two servos in the rudder tray are almost as equal to one servo in the tail, as far as weight and balance is concerned.
2. The PE Sport on yours is behind the CG as well.
3.what batteries are you running and do they require regulators, and if so where are the regulators? I am running three A123 1100's at 3 ounces each and no regulators.
4. Are you running a pilot and panel? Both of those are behind the CG.
5. Are you running cannisters? Those would bring the CG back a tad.
6. Are you running the stock tail tubes and tailwheel? That's two additional ounces back there that I don't have.
7. Where is your CG at? This is a strictly 3D bird for me, so I have my CG at 3-5/8 to 3-3/4". By no means is it inherently unstable or anything, but it is quite useless for IMAC. If I were to fly IMAC with it, the CG would be 3-1/4".

Given the new price tag of the H9 260, it ain't worth it. I had one, flew friggin' awesome, particularly for IMAC and 3D'ed good, too. But quality was nothing compared to Aeroworks and some others. It wore out too fast for me - by 9 months it was pretty rickety. I would own another one because it flew that good, but not for $1199 - maybe $800-850.
The EF Yak seems to be all the rave, but I don't have any experience with it and haven't seen any on the IMAC scene yet.

Tim F flew one of the 110 yaks in an imac contest That Will Berringer (sp?) and Ken Mcguire put on near the end of this season. He also flew it in the freestyle that featured a bad ass snap roll to knife straight into a gap between 2 trees at the end of the run way. Tim F you got a set that clanks man!

if money weren't an issue i would go with either a comp arf 2.6m yak or a krill 33% katana.

Nice plane yea, but at 999.95 I don't think so! You can buy most of the 100cc airframes for that price and some of them will fly on the DA-85.

Most of them will. The AW 260 can finish out under 25 pounds pretty easily with an 85.
Flatland, I am sure there are a ton of EF Yaks flying IMAC, but it is more of an eastern region trend right now. I just havent seen any in the SW region. Then again, 100cc planes in general are becoming more and more rare

I voted for the QQ 101" Yak, because you didn't have the EF 110'' Yak on the poll. Of all that are on the poll, the QQ 101 is the best, but the EF 110" Yak is bigger, flies better, looks better and is better quality than anything else on planet earth. I don't think that UPS ships from Mars, so go with the EF. Just my $0.02

The new Wild Hare 35% Edges are now available. Best 3d plane I've ever seen in the size. Least expensive of the bunch too.

MagicHand 35% Yak (103") is $599 with hardware.
Abell RC (102" )Edge is $749.99 with hardware.
Also the QQ Yak(101"} is $649.99 with no hardware.
WH Edge $799 with no hardware.
The Extreme Flight and Hangar 9 versions are not any better than any of the other planes to justify the extra money they charge for them . IMHO.
All of these planes are very good quality and very good flyers.
So you do the math and choose which ever appeals to you the most.
I also know where you can get a brand new DL100 for $617 shipped.

Just for an update, the W/H 102.5" Edge and Extra 260 arrive with carbon wing and tail tubes.

The Edge is designed around single aileron and rudder servo installations. That design feature chops $200.00 or $300.00 off of servo expenses. The Edge also has a very long pipe tunnel.
