Default Godfrey 35% Laser

I would like to introduce you to the New 35% Laser by Robert Godfrey , the plane has a 100" wingspan , is 83" long (89"with spinner ) airfoiled tail group , and is set to take the modern powerplant/muffler combination's . This plane is set up with a DA 85 ,KS 95 rear exit fuse muffler , and a single JR 8611A on all control surfaces . The projected weight is to be around 22-23lbs , the weight of the plane together right now ,missing the fuel tank , batteries , and RX is 17lbs 1oz . the RX is an AR9100 and we will be using A123's for batteries . here are a few pix , and if there are any questions ,fire away , you can see the 40% Godfrey Extra in the background to give a refrence in size . Hope you enjoy , will update on a daily basis.

Very cool plane.

But somehow I don't see fuel tank, batts and Rx weighing 5 or 6 pounds ? Did I miss something ?

Maybe wet weight RTF ? With smoke fuel and gas on board ?

Yes, very nice plane, and I too wondered about the 5 or 6 lbs. for what was listed for completion. Bob
