Gosh I just had to get in on this thread due to the fact that I am laser fan at heart. The video of Matt in the Z230 is awesome. All of us older modelers tried really hard to copy all the guys like Matt and Leo. It wasn't easy to do back then. LASER'S REALLY DO ROCK !!!!!!!

What the heck would have happened with 70 degrees of full surface control throws!!!!!! ? That makes our RC 3D stuff look weak. I don't think I'd like to find out how many G's that could cause. Wow!

Yes - if the full scale isn't going to fly.... who's going to build the 40% and see what happens?

here is a picture of a 50% version of the lazer that Fox owns. The big boy still lives but shows its age and needs some recovering along with several other things
any way hopefully one day this thing will see some air time again

What I can't figure out is how that plane can get 70 deg of throw WITHOUT the vertical and horizontal surfaces hitting each other? The vids show each moving that far, but separately...and no matter how many times I watch, it looks like they would interfere if both moved to full deflection at the same time.
