How did you keep them all stacked up while you were cutting them? Some type of temporary adhesive?

3M spray, it sand right off when your done.

What are you using for hing pins ? Looks like a nylon screw.

Tonight's work.

And one funny thing, I had 2 100" spools of 1/8" air hose, there is only 5' left in each. That means I have 190' in this bird, and I still have retract doors, and brakes to plumb.

And the doors are still fragile until I sheet them. They look warped, but that is from lack of sheeting.

Dag, are you going to block off the rear bulkhead inside of the bomb bay to make sure too much air pressure doesn't get into the rear fuse when they open?
