Default Rcxel ignition fitted to 3"twin Air Hobbies

I have to replace the broken ignition system that came to with my engine .

What I want to know is . Will the sensor (pickup) unit supplied with the motor work with the new ignition.

to move the timing the 24 deg is simple matter of drilling new hole and tapping it

Thanks Tienie

Why not use the one that comes with the RCExel unit?

Major modification , The prop hub is 20 mm bigger than the bearing housing , this require that the hub needs to be machined down . If i can use the current pickup all I have to do is drill and tap new hole

not available in South Africa ; I do not want to risk failure again after spending $90 on shipping and $160 . The CH ignition cost only $85 with 2 year warranty and is readily available
