Hi Guys, I,m looking for some help.
I have a AW Extra 260 33% size and really don,t like the look of the cowl and the oversized canopy. I,m looking to see if the cowl from the Carden 260 35% is close enough to be modified to fit the AW Extra. If necessary I will use it as a template and or a plug once reworked to fit in order to make a new cowl for my bird. I also realize that I will need to fabricate a new canopy deck but will use this as an opportunity to lighten things up since the stock one is heavy. The dimensions I,m looking for are the cowl width and the height taken at the rear where the cowl mounts to the fuse. If someone could measure there cowl and post the dimensions of the Carden 35% Extra 260 cowl that would be awesome. thx Dave |
