Waharoa Rumble 09!!!!!

Hi guys,

Well the Nats are over now so you can all start planning on coming to the rumble!

How many of you out there are planning on going??

I have booked my tickets and am posting my old trusty pbg 260 to auckland to get painted so it will be up there already for to me to fly

Last year i went up and it was cancelled and i had no money left to go back for the postponed date, so this year i hope the weather is good to use

I havnt heard if Q500 will be on. i have brought a new greatplanes viper so i want to have a go at pylon crashing. I will fly agaisnt browny so i have a chance lol

BRING ON THE RUMBLE!!!!!!!

I can ditto you there Steve on the rumble last year, as I too used all my dosh to get to the canceled event. I wanted to get to the back-up event also but alas funds were flatter than a cracker without cheese!

Had a lengthy discussion with Bogan on the phone this morning with regards to the Rumble, and it seems that there may be no Pylon as we have been promised with the invasion of at least 7 Aussies (not bloody likely(ya get that over there girls???)) Nothing like a healthy spark plug in the fuel tank! But if there is enough interest, I think Bogan was saying it could be held on the Thursday?? Or maybe slotted in somewhere??? Boges will have to fill in details here. I for one plan to fly pylon as the big Trev put a rude stop to it at the nationals!!!!

There are 4 of us at present driving up from deep down south here, and a big 'that man deserves a DB' to Mr Race who is going to finally pop out from just above the third Island and travel the length of the country for this much talked up event!

Bogan, get your nicknames ready for the boys from the south, as they sorely need them! HAHAHAHA

I will be disappointed if there is no pylon running as to get a viper into NZ was not cheap!! You and me will have to have a race anyway after the imac flying if we have time!! we will just pretend there are lights and poles LOL

Yes it was annoying to have the rumble canceled last year, This is a new year and lets hope that doesnt happen
