Default HELP PLEASE SD TOC 33 % 260

help please. sd-toc 260. i am using a da 85 with a slimline pitts. reading in the da85 fourm alot of guys have gotten rid of the mid range burble by venting the fuse to allow air into the plane. should i block off the tunnel where they allowed for canisters uinder the box and block any air thru the fire wall that will come in around the carb opening to stop the turbulance in the box? the celing of the tunnel has 8-10 holes to run ties thru that would allow messy air to enter. if so where should i vent the fuse to allow clean air in?
