I've got a buddy looking for one of these but they don't appear to be available anymore in the US. Who has them now?

man with the power of google u can find anything get with it
![]() www.espritmodel.com parts kits =yeah baby I ordered mine this morning & it will be here on Thursday. I need to see if I am still a kit basher..... Special Features: - Control surfaces: Ailerons, Elevator and Rudder - Light and strong all-wood construction - Perfectly covered in Ultracote - Fully illustrated instructions - Removable plug-in wings for easy transport - Strong composite landing gear and CF wing tube - Included fiberglass wheel pants - Full hardware package - Fully sheeted balsa/ply fuselage Airfoil: SymmetricalWing area: 720 sq.in.Wing loading:22-24 oz/sq.ft.Empty weight: 48 oz. (1370g) Designed and produced by Fliton USA, the Extra 330S is a spectacular version of the classic aerobatic plane. This model is the lightest .60 size Extra 330 on today's market. If you use either one of our recommended brushless motor/Lipoly battery power systems you will be shocked at the Extra 330S's performance. The ARF uses all laser cut wood construction and is perfectly covered in Ultracote. The ARF even includes a pre-painted fiberglass cowl and oversized hatch for battery access. The Extra 330S is both light and strong. Even the most advanced 3D pilot will be impressed with its precision. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. You should have the assembly finished and your radio equipment installed in just a few hours. Last edited by krayzc; 01-06-2009 at 07:00 PM. |

That plane is no longer a current model, as I understand it. It appears to have been replaced with a 120 class, 72 inch wing ship.
http://fliton.com/main/main.php I had a 330 FreeStyle and it was a great plane. I gave it to a young man that was ready to move up but did not appear to have the funds to match his ability yet. I think it will be a good investment.

I had a couple of these a few years back and really loved the way they flew. I was going to buy another one after I put my last one in but I decided instead to try Fliton's new Inspire 60 (new at the time). Now that was a great flying plane, I wish I still had it.
You're going to love the way the Extra handles. Even though Fliton says the Extra was designed for glow or electric, I suggest beefing up the firewall for a glow engine. |

The kit arrived today safe and sound. I am looking to start on it on Friday. It will mostly be like me working on the house with the fact that I feel this will not take to long

I think your gonna love it. Let me know what your using to hold the cowl on.. I also switched out the wing screws with bolts and use a long socket with a swivel to put them on. they are hard to reack.

Don't know, alot of people used rare earth magnets. It tried some magnets but that cost me a cowl after a hard snap at about 300' up.

I installed wings, rudder, and elevator servos tonight. Along with the 2 piece landing gear, wheels, switch, and tail wheel. I have set throws on those surfaces and will look to work on the motor, glow tank and stuff like that the next time I work on it.
