Good idea , but i think that any of the futaba vendors you run into there are going to be about as clueless as their field reps. It isn't their fault , it's that Futabab doesn't feel the need to fill in any information to the modeling community. You have to remember , that the RC comunity is about 2% of what futaba markets to.

It seems that Futaba kind of leaves it up to the modelers to figure things out. I doubt that the vendors there will have any information what so ever. It wouldn't hurt to ask , but honestly , they are not going to send a couple vendor people , sitting at a table , and pump them full of viable information that we are begging to find out.......it'll be in a press release when they find the time to release it. I am with you Bgold....i wish i could find the answer we are looking for about the "dots"......but i am very doubtful they'll have an answer for us.

Good news for me is.....i have a "white dot' RF608 RX , and this eeems to be the new updated version......i hope.

Monday I'll ask my Futaba connection what the deal is.
I'll try to get the word from the tech/service department.

IF Airtronics made a radio that looked and felt like an upper end Futaba or JR radio , i would almost give them a try. I know that in the "Ground" use ( cars and so forth) Airtronics is the main choice along with Spektrum. Their servos are also the main servo used in RC car/truck applications as well. And they have some new badass digital servos as well.

Sleepy......that would be really cool if you could get some info for us. There are a lot of guys who have thousands of dollars worth of aircraft sitting around , and scared S***less to fly them until we hear that the heat issue has been taken care of.

Also......HEY , does Hitec have a booth there as well? I'd be curious to see what the new 7950's and possibly some of the other upper end digi servo's look like. Or maybe some new high tech toys for our birds like CF stuff , electronic stuff or something a long those lines.

Uuuhhgg!!....i don't know why the hell i got up this early for....i celebrated extremely to hard last night for my birthday. I gotta go back to bed.

That CX3 is bitchen! Can I say Bitchen on FG? I hope so because that's what that CX3 is. That glider also looks really nice for 99 dollars - I love the scale looking gliders.
