yeah I haven't gotten there yet, but I wiil be putting triangle stock all around and will still make a hole in the middle.

Here are some pics of the firewall with the hole and reinforcing.
I have also attached pics of the cowl, of the extra work I had to do to get it over the pitts muffler

. My first disapointment....

thats classified information - If I tell you, I have to kill you lol
that I got from chief aircraft in the USA. got quite a few things from them. someone brought them in for me so I had no shipping costs. I got My engine from them as well last year Jan when it was a wopping R6.91 to the dollar.

BTW the muffler is a Slimline pitts with smoke

Ya for sure . An A.R.F. I had 2 years ago went from $89.00 to $149.00 ! Thanks H-9 / Horrizon .

the cowl is 99% done.
Just have to do the cut out for the plug cap

I like that. Should be less flimsy(with the engine running and all) than cutting it all out.

sorry for the slow build but the harddrive on my PC overheated and died......
build will pick up from next week
