Look at the back of his right hand at the beginning of the vid.....you can see a 'fake knife' and I'm sure appropriate red blood paint. fake as can be, but amusing.....

The wound would not bleed out to show red blood that fast. It would only look like a knife sticking through the skin. Easy call on the fake.
