Default SWB servo arms Aeroworks extra 260 50cc

Hi can anyone tell me what size servo arms are need when using the SWB arms on the Extra 260 50cc version, I think i have read that it's

4 x 1 1/2" or 4 x 1 1/4" Ail and Ele
1 x 3" rudder
Is this correct
Also Is the Rudder servo arm that is used an offset or straight

Thanks for the help

Should be fine with 1.25 on Airlerons, 1.5 on elevator, and 3" on rudder. Use offset if your wires cross, use straight if your wires (pull pull wires) are straight. If you find that the outer hole in these arms are too much throw, dont dail down the % in the transmitter, move the pushrod in one hole CLOSER to the servo, it saves on servo gear wear.

1 1/12 for the elevators, 1 1/14 for ailerons, and a straight 3" arm for the rudder, AW does'nt cross the wires.

I crossed my wires on my plane and I don't see why it'd make a differance as you are crossing both wires the same amount so therefore reducing their length the same amount. It worked for me very well and if there were any differance in throw I'd rather just take it out using the radio.

Also, how is lowering a travel value in your radio causing more gear wear? Wouldn't the gears wear at the same rate as if they received travel across their entire limit? The only thing I can see is that the teeth only currently being used could wear down more than the teeth that would've been used if full travel was used. I guess as long as you don't need to use full travel someday than no big deal. I'm also guessing that the gear wear on the used portion of the gearing would be very minimal and when deciding to use the rest of the servo travel, the other teeth would just than start wearing down and always would have less backlash. LOL, who really cares right as gears aren't all that expensive.

i pre-bought my servo arms 1 1/2 for ele's and 1 1/4 for the ails when i was waiting for mine to arrive. turns out the 1 1/2 wouldnt work for the ele, they were to long and would hit the bottom of the stab. i just switched em to the ails instead and vice versa. no complaints so far, i think it may be a typo in the manual.
