Gardner Massachusetts - Snap A Huckfest!

Hey Don, I came down to the 3D FL on sat morn at the Nall and it looked like a ghost town. Wanted to tell ya thanks for the flight on the 260. Might make it out to this event for some gental circle fying.

We pulled out Saturday early. A bunch of guys had been there all week so it was time to get going.

Yea right! You don't know how to fly in gental circles. It would be good to see ya. You better bring a bunch of planes because everytime you fly 'em you sell 'em.

Is there somewhere I can buy Futaba receivers and stuff when I get to Gardner, or nearby Snaps house? I really could use some 2.4 receivers for my Futaba 14 MZ. I'm working extra weeks now, so I can bring alot of cash for this weekend at Gardner. Need to fill the suitcase with all I can get my hands on

Tikka, i am sure that there will be some sort of vendors this year. If not then i am willing to almost bet that there are nearby hobby shops. Can't wait till this event happens. Hope you make a safe trip. Take Care!

There are a couple of local hobby shops..If you contact Andy from Brands Hobby he will order some in for you I am sure.

Can't wait to get there. It will be great to meet all you people, and put a face to the "name". And I' pretty sure this will be the beginning of a traditional trip for me to the US, to go huckin' with you guys.

I'll sleep the whole flight, so I am ready for whatever Elie has planned. Gotta love that guy

I'm not bringin anything, only have 40% planes here at home, and they would cost a fortune to bring. Maybe I could buy a plane for the huckfest and bring my radio, that would be cool. Anyone who has a 35/40% plane for sale??

I'll just hang with you boys, take pictures, shoot some film, nad have a blast. Good thing I work with guys from England, my english is coming back. I worked in Australia a few years back, but I'm a bit "rusty" speaking the language now.

This will be the "time of my life", that's for sure

I think we'll give you the honors of kicking the "fire pit crash pilot" in the nuts this time since your the "viking guest" Last year the pilot was Johnny Bravo, and Justin Chi took top honors of sending john to bangcock while SNAP held him down. Trust me! YOU WILL HAVE FUN! THE ONLY BAD PART ABOUT THIS WHOLE THING IS WAITING UNTIL THE HUCKFEST............... but then when it comes around boy. People are happy! Ok i think i've said enough. I hope you guys were joking about bon fires and open flames at Gardner Airport. Whoever is in charge of this show did not clear anything like that with the airport comish.things like that will not be happening at Gardner Airport.

The bon fires will probably be happening at SNap's house if anything. If they were going on at the airport well i wouldn't even do that. Too risky especially on a fullscale airport.

Tikka, I got you covered don't worry, I go to One of the biggest hobby shops in this area, I am there on a weekly basis, check the ailerons on my 60%, he has everything, pm me what you need and I'll have him order it for you, he probably will have it anyway and don't expect to only hang out and relax, I am putting you to work, I always have openings for pit Beotches, a European pit Beotch sounds good

Flyguy99, I am dealing with Jack Buckly and nothing will be done before the airport commission approves it, if you read my posts I said I inquired about the bon fire with Jack Buckly and he will check with the airport and let me know, I see you registered today and have One post, maybe you can give us your name???
