I just recieved this plane and I am surprised there has not been much talk about it after seeing the quality of this little yak and the controll throws. I am more into gas than glow and my original intention was to put this togather for an upcomming show for sammy and sell it at the show. However, I may just keep this one. I will be putting a saito 100 in it for power.

One of the coolest features of this plane is the built up profile fuse. No junk hanging on the side of this profile. It also uses a wingtube and two piece wing wich attaches with wingbolts from the inside of the fuse.

Bryan,
Every time I look at another plane from Sammy I myself am amazed that factory workers, not hobbyists, are able to build and cover to these standards. DKjens |

The hardware is typical aviation models hardware all us and all usable stuff. Even the pushrods are prebent and cut for you!!. One of the niecest things I like about thier hardware pack it that it is all seperated into the build steps. No need to spend time sorting out a giant bag of nuts and bolts!

A guy at our feild has one and, while I'v never flown it, he sais it flies AWSOME, and I trust his opinion. Theres also one on the way for another bud of mine.

Dkjens, This is my second aviation models plane (35% yak was the first)and I am equally as impressed with it. My third plane of sammy's is sitting just out of sight and I will start on it after this. I may do a build thread on it as well. It is his 42% extra and the quality on that is just awesome! Going to be a fun summer as soon as it gets here.

king160woody, I will probably not fly this until sometime in March as it needs to be in a show in feb. Saito 100 should be insane power for this model.

Although I dont actually own one I have flown them. These profile Yaks are just too sweet!! I could not believe how well they flew and how fun you could have. A few of my buds have them with the Saito 100's and that seems to be a perfect match. One day if I run across a Saito 100 or get the ant in the pants to buy one I will own this plane. Here are a few pics of me flying one and also a pic of the owners.
