Just a reminder that you can find more info about the 2009 Heart of Ohio Huckfest on the Thistledown Flyers web site. We have directions, hotel information, and photos from last year's Huckfest. There's a Best Western less than 2 miles from the field, but you'll want to book your reservations early.

We're all looking forward to this year's event!

We are bringing back the E-ROC (Aero cat races..)
and a few other surprises.

Can't wait! 2008 was a blast! The Heitman's and the Thistledown Flyers put on one heck of an event!

great choice guys! corkie and his son put on a great show! they are about the most gracious hosts possible and the field is awesome! it'll be an honor to be back at thistledown!

is corky gonna have the field changed around by the time of the HF???? you know, moved over by his buildings like he spoke of last year... that would be SWEET! (not to say that the field isn't about perfect already!)

I need to get in on the race action this year. That was a freakin riot to watch, gotta be better to fly.

I have my motor and ESC.. but that is all that survived from last year.

Man.. I test flew my aerocat 6 times at full speed, and it dialed in. I was flying that thing like I knew what I was doing.
Then the race.. I lasted 10 seconds.

I think the nerves get ya....
