Hey Everyone,

Just wanted to post some photos of this weekends Dawn Patrol at Fantasy of Flight. We had a great turnout on Saturday. 48 pilots and 63 planes! A little lighter on Sunday, 20 pilots and 24 planes. It was a hot, hot weekend out there.... It was alot of fun! Hope you enjoy the photos and Happy Fathers Day to the Dads!

Flyboys. He flew the Sopwith Strutter and did all of the taxing of the aircraft in the movie.

Didn't charge a thing, just said "Better luck next time, Have a good day" She needs a new bottom right wing, 2 new interplane struts and maybe the top right wing. the aileron got wasted when he unhooked it from the line. I might can repair it OR use the aileron from the bottom wing, it is intact. Could have been a LOT worse..... She'll fly again. I just saw a short clip on WESH channel 2 of what's coming up on the 11:00 news. It was an RC plane that landed in the highway, but they didn't say where. It looked to be a 6'-8' wingspan crop duster. Nothing on their website. Stay tuned.

Thanks Scott. I really appreciate it. I kind of got in to RC and photography at the same time. I love doing both. Anytime there is an event here locally, I try and make it out to take pics. I wish there were more events around here like Top Gun.
