Hi Greg,

You may want to check this link: http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/m_1563599/tm.htm

A lot of free plans, maybe you can find something there, since nothing has been posted here yet.

Good luck!

Hi MadDuc
Thank you
I have looked on all the sites but have only found one set of plans for the Pitts S2S.
The plans are for a 25cu motor and are not the best to scale plans I have seen. They are not to scale at all.
The plans I'm looking for are Andy Sheber 1/3. I know that Bob Dively has a kit .It is just the cost of
shipping to OZ .

I found these on ebay:

http://cgi.ebay.de/Royal-PITTS-S-2-S...em360095585294
S2 special but 1/4 scale

I also found these plans of the Pitts 12 with a spam of 2.50m, would that be ok? Or does it really have to be a S2S? I believe I have downloaded free plans for a large scale Pitts 12 a while ago, had difficulty finding it, but if you would settle for a Pitts 12 I am willing to look a bit further.

Yes it does have be a Pitts S2S.
I'm looking at doing some mods to it to make a Jim LeRoy's Pitts Bulldog .
I have plans of the Pitts 12
thank you
The Royal Pitts s2s is out of scale to
I do have the plans from http://www.rcuniverse.com.

http://www.blackflight.com/pitts25/pitts-s2s-25.zip
You all so need tile print from http://www.blackflight.com
to print them out but printing 50 pages out is just too much ink and paper and I can't do any mods to the plans

The Pilot Plans, which are designated S-2A, are actually as close to the S-2S as you may get. The Great Planes Pitts is actually made from Pilot Plans (or at least thats what Ive been told)
I have a buddy that flies a black Pitts with Flames on it , Hint
He claims that the Pilot Plans are Pretty Close.

grover, I have a Pilot Pitts s2a kit in the 1\3 scale. It is also missing the plans and the cowl. I have also been told that the Great Planes 1\3 Pitts is a direct copy of the Pilot Pitts. I asked on a few forums for anybody that had the plans to contact me, finally found a guy in the Denver area that had the plans and he sent them to me. I took pics of the plans and sent them back to him. I work off the pics of the plans from my computer. I am planning on completing this plane this winter and power it with a 70cc single and a 3 blade prop. I could send you the pics of the plans if you would like, just let me know.
Here is some pics of the fuse partially put together.

Brycesteenburg,
Are the Pilot Plans you have 1/3rd scale or actually 1/3.5 scale which is actually around 28% ????
The Great Planes version which every one likes to call 1/3 is actually 1/3.5
Which Im pretty sure both the Pilot Eagle and the Pitts were as well.
I have a set of these plans blown up to 80" top span making it 33%. My problem is that the parts sheet I got was not quite up to Par with the rest of the plans. How good is the Parts sheet on your plans??
Cheers
